An automated local-SEO engine for a taxi-booking business

CityTaxis competes for riders across the cities it serves, which means ranking in local search and on Google Maps. That is a grind that usually eats a marketer's week.

The problem

Winning local traffic meant checking rankings, refreshing Google Business Profile listings, and publishing location pages, over and over, city by city. Done by hand it does not scale, and the moment someone stops, the rankings slide.

What we built

We built a system that runs the whole local-SEO loop on autopilot. It pulls Google Search Console and Google Business Profile data on a schedule, tracks impressions and rankings for each city, and turns the gaps into action: refreshed listings and generated location content, with no human running the weekly checklist.

How it works

  • Ingests Search Console impressions and queries per city, on a schedule.
  • Reads and updates Google Business Profile listings programmatically.
  • Tracks ranking and impression shifts so nothing regresses unnoticed.
  • Generates the location pages and posts that target the gaps it finds.

The result

The weekly grind of checking rankings, updating listings, and publishing pages became a pipeline that runs itself and keeps compounding while the team works on the business instead of the spreadsheet.
