StarkSphere Labs is a technical services provider. We take on four kinds of engineering work — AI and agent engineering, backend and distributed systems, cloud infrastructure and DevOps, and full product builds — and deliver them into your repositories and cloud accounts.

How do engagements work?

Three models. A fixed-scope build with milestones and a price agreed up front is where most engagements start. An ongoing engineering partnership is a monthly retainer for continuous delivery. An embedded engineer works inside your team month to month when you want the seat filled internally rather than the work delivered from outside.

How is this different from a dev shop?

The engineers who scope the build are the engineers who write it — nothing is staffed down to a junior bench after the sales call. Scaling and reliability decisions are made in week one rather than after the system starts failing, and everything is built in your own accounts and handed over documented.

Who owns the code and IP?

You do, from day one. Everything is built in your repositories and cloud accounts. There is no IP held back and no code to buy out later.

Mostly bootstrapped and early-stage companies in the US, UAE, India, UK, and EU that need senior engineering to build, scale, or operate a product but do not have that capability in-house yet.
